As one of eight children and a father of three, Gene enjoys working with and mentoring others. Gene has taken the lead on managing a variety of projects with the firm, including the Hollings Special Collections Addition to USC’s Thomas Cooper Library and Midlands Technical College’s Harbison Theater. He serves as mentor and coordinator for Watson Tate Savory’s internship development program and is very active with the US Green Building Council and the Columbia Design League, for which has served as president.
